    To keeps it real, the environment isn't for everyone, especially those not committed. Underperformers will be given closer supervision, but some respond with constant complaints and negative attitudes. Instead of improving, they tend to politicize the situation, which can affect team morale. It’s frustrating when effort is made to support them, yet they show no accountability. Overall still reflects positively on a growth-focused workplace. Good benefits, and good bonus payout.
    The good thingsCompany open to new ideas, especially if you’re someone with actual background or passionate. Boss and team memang supportive, they guide a lots and are freedom to explore. Fast-paced, if you like comfortable, then this place is not for you as, this is the place to learn & grow.
    The challengesNot much handholding, u need to be proactive&pandai cari jlnsendiri. And those oldtimer xbleh terima teguran, asyik komplen, suka main politik, & always put the blame on others. Kadang2 susah nak faham kenapa orang macam ni masih nak stay, padahal xnak ubah or y company don't jus fire them

    The challengesEmployees requires maintaining the cleanliness of the office. Not a giant space of office, is a small office. Management takes quite some time to make final decision. No birthday leave.
