    Human Resource Sectiona) MES is a premium product for quite a niche market. However, being the pioneer in the business, the Company not only has all the expertise in producing and selling the products but also running the Company to be profitable. b) The basic salary may be reviewed as small to some but our total package are proven as one of the most competitive in the market. We have also recently launched our new job structure which we strongly believe able to provide good career growth opportunities for all our employees.

    The challengesPolitics in management quite severe, lack of proper training, self initiative on getting the updated knowledge.
    Human Resource SectionWorkplace politics are very common at any company and it is almost impossible for us to be an exception to this toxic syndrome-like culture. Nonetheless, the Company acknowledges the negativities it had on the overall working environment and have been very pro-active in tackling the matter. Amongst counter measures taken include establishing employees quarterly meeting with all top management which again we believe able to minimize workplace politics as employees’ concerns over company policy matter especially are transparently communicated in the presence of all senior level PICs in the Company.

    The challengesLess training provided and career development can be quite stagnant, low salary and bonus.
    Human Resource Sectiona) Similarly to other companies, all our trainings are based on Training Needs Analysis done which is based on each employees’ Job Description. Employees identified to be lack of knowledge, skills and abilities to perform their jobs will be included in the Company Training Plan which usually scheduled throughout the year. The Company has been very aggressive in training for the past years and has even made major improvement in our training policies to attract employees to involve in training. This include the removal of Training Bond Policy as well as the establishment of Internal Trainer Incentive. b) The basic salary may be reviewed as small to some but our total package are proven as one of the most competitive in the market. We have also recently launched our new job structure which we strongly believe able to provide good career growth opportunities for all our employees.
