b) The basic salary may be reviewed as small to some but our total package are proven as one of the most competitive in the market. We have also recently launched our new job structure which we strongly believe able to provide good career growth opportunities for all our employees.

The challengesPolitics in management quite severe, lack of proper training, self initiative on getting the updated knowledge.
Human Resource SectionWorkplace politics are very common at any company and it is almost impossible for us to be an exception to this toxic syndrome-like culture. Nonetheless, the Company acknowledges the negativities it had on the overall working environment and have been very pro-active in tackling the matter. Amongst counter measures taken include establishing employees quarterly meeting with all top management which again we believe able to minimize workplace politics as employees’ concerns over company policy matter especially are transparently communicated in the presence of all senior level PICs in the Company.
