    My role at GIEM was to do loan documentation and general administration work
    The good thingsThe higher managers are really supportive of the newcomers. They encourage new employees to learn things and complete a task in the given time. They are friendly and have a warm personality.
    The challengesIt is too far from my home Cheras. But, the employer understands my issue and changed my working time from 9 am - 6 pm to 8 am - 5 pm so that I do not have to spend more time in the traffic.
