    A great training company
    The good thingsSuch a good company that leading learning and development. All the engineers willing to answer if you ask something. I learn a lot from my supervisor in coastal engineering until I interested to take it as my major during my final year.
    The challengesMust be able to take the initiative to ask and learn while doing your job or you might lag behind. Time management training is important to make sure you meet the deadline.
