If you are lured by the salary package, join at your own risk. The upper management gets the huge chunk of the profit. They tend to keep the juniors ONLY to run the ground work, so they upper management could monopolize and keeps the best interests for themselves.
The good thingsGood base salary package
The challengesIt's not a company for a career advancement, the upper management often brings their own team, favoutism to the max. So call flexible working hours but expecting everyone to work over time. No company value observed, no KPI set, no proper performance evaluation in place.
