    Overall is still good
    The good thingsHarmony working environment and no office politics issues.
    The challengesThe way of working of each department is too oldish and they do not want to learn new things. The company had the potential to move forward but it was stopped because of these people. Appraisal and incremental scheme based on Top management mood.
