    The good thingsvery good company culture. everyone treat each other very well.
    The challengesthe manager didnt get promoted and thus, you wont get promoted. the position growth here is although stagnant, but learn a lot of thing along the journey as this company is very fast and the boss always have new ideas

    The good thingsCan learn a lot of things like property knowledge, how to communicate with customers, have a nice system to help all the consultant to achieve theirs dream and goals. Also the relationship with all the colleague are very good and they are willing to help all the fresh consultant when they facing any problem.
    The challengesThe most challenges things are we need to counter all the questions from the customers. This is because all the customers will asking different question and some questions are very difficult to answer it. Another challenge is we need to be very perseverance. Because we not have the basic income, we need to earn what we do on everyday.
