    Work like a robot, don't bring your emotions to work here.
    The good thingsInvolved in big project.
    The challenges1. Management to treat the staffs and subcons like human. No need to shout everyday. 2. Many OT shift at night time, on Sunday and public holidays but very low pay. 3. Management to listen to the staffs, open to discussion. There are many ways to work. If they don't agree, no need to scold and shout every time.

    A toxic company to be avoided, proven by contract staffs who resigned before their contracts ended.
    The good thingsBetter than market average and on-time pay.
    The challenges1. Extreme toxic culture from senior management. 2. Company policy and senior management direction are contradicted. Construction activities are being bulldozed and lack of proper execution of the QA policy. 3. Long work hours are expected, but low OT pay, especially to those who are above 4k salary. 4. Lack of career growth opportunities and not getting the benefits of permanent staff. It is nearly impossible to convert from a contract to permanent staff after years in the company. 5. High turnover rate among staff (due to toxic environment, employees are treated badly by senior management, expect public humiliation).

    Suitable for people who workaholic
    The good thingsAll system management are there, completed with IT support, and valuable incentives if stay until end of project, suitable for newcomer want to learn in industry
    The challengesTo whom want work life balance especially project based some superior will bother you on weekend, my observation a lot the staff their take are not married, will using you 24/7, family guy are not suitable for this company

    The good thingsLove the work environment practice, 5S Practice and Morning exercise. My site is very clean and organized. The people are friendly and love sharing their knowledge. Opportunity for hiring into the company post-internship.
    The challengesNo issues but my advise is for newcomers to be humble with everyone and be discipline.

    Great experience as I gained many knowledge about the industry because of my ex colleagues and management.
    The good thingsThe working environment and management made it easy for me to adapt. I learnt so many things about construction while interning at the company and it was a pleasure to work with them for the KL Eco City mixed development peroject.
    The challengesSince it's a construction company, the working hours could vary depending on the work urgency or scale. However, it's somehow doable because of the support and care given to their employees.

    The good thingsThe staff is very helpful and friendly, and the environment of workplace is the best! They will teach you from the bottom until you can do it by yourself, they treat trainee like their permanent staff.
