    The good thingsMeeting new people and building good relationships with them. Making sure customers are always happy and satisfied with the service.
    The challengesSometimes can get very busy and have to cope with impatient customers. However, with good teamwork in the company it was managed well.

    The good thingsExcellent team work from all staff - especially rank & file, supervisory & junior management levels. Decent staff meals provided - with regular menu revisions. FOC parking for staff - awesome benefit, as parking fees are very expensive in the city center (min RM150 per month). HR - plays a reasonable role to look after staff welfare (e.g. medical benefits).
    The challengesLack of support from management - e.g. career development, look into staff grievances. Management tends to take actions without considering the effects on the rank & file, supervisory & junior management levels. Overall, staff salaries are lower than the range provided by the other 5 staff hotels. Staff facilities (e.g. cafeteria & locker rooms ) - needs to be renovated.
