    The challengesI can remember a difficult work situation where I spent many days working on an important project for a new client. My supervisor wanted me to make sure that I met all the customer’s requests. I worked diligently on this project and was satisfied with my progress as I went through their items. Unfortunately, we had a power surge at our office that took out our power, and my computer took on some damage from it. Within a second, all my hard work was gone. I immediately started to panic but realized that I had to think logically and formulate a plan. I contacted our IT department, and with some careful retracing to our backup server, I could recover most of my work so I could remain on task and complete the project on time.

    The good thingsFor fresh graduate you can join this company because they provide too many training that can make you willing to learn something new.
    The challengesFor Life Science department, when you join like 5 to 8 months this part its okay because have task and also training to do. If more than 1 years, when you have project or task to do you may not too boring. But if you dont have project or task, you need to do self learning which can make you boring because need to repeat for the next day. When you tell this to your superior, they also dont know what to do just ask to do self learning and flowchart. Now, they have time log system that need to fill what you do during working same like university task.

    The good thingsThe work culture is quite good overall, surrounded by great colleagues and managers. Can learn a lot of things, especially if employed under Young Engineers Program.

    LIFE WAS GOOD BEFORE SOMEBODY MAKE IT BAD
    The good thingsThe good things is the working hours are flexible. The culture was fun. About the jobs yes for sure is always have challenges but its fine to improve yourself to growth to be a better and some colleagues was so helpful.
    The challengesThe bad story started when they hired newcomers from the same old company making their old companies pattern which is different business different process make it hard to works togethers. Also the bad things happened when they pull in their friends or families in the same departments with NO EXPERIENCE at all but can get the higher level. Is this things make sense ? There is no more happiness anymore to work on like this environment. We have to follow thier instructions on track if we want a better yearly review. So please HR , do your job to investigate the problem on this company. Honestly many people on this company’s afraid to speak out to tell what is happening because they afraid to loss a job. Please dont make people that one know how to do a jobs like this. Stop taking useless people that making hard to others colleagues. Hopefully your HR can make some survey for each department’s.

    The good thingsHaving a good manager and a very calm person is so rewarding. Good environment to work in. The mentor was very experienced and very helpful during the learning phase.
    The challengesDuring machine setup, very hard to get support from the assembly and installation team. This caused a delay in the project and some engineers need to back up them so that the software engineer team can continue to troubleshoot or test new programs. Quite often get work/tasks which not related to the job. But good for the learning phase only.
