    Work life balance, 3 times bonus in a year and suitable for fresh graduate
    The good thingsFor fresh graduate you can join this company because they provide too many training that can make you willing to learn something new.
    The challengesFor Life Science department, when you join like 5 to 8 months this part its okay because have task and also training to do. If more than 1 years, when you have project or task to do you may not too boring. But if you dont have project or task, you need to do self learning which can make you boring because need to repeat for the next day. When you tell this to your superior, they also dont know what to do just ask to do self learning and flowchart. Now, they have time log system that need to fill what you do during working same like university task.

    I can use outlook, excel, powerpoint etc. systems, and here we use BAAN and bridgelogix systems. I can drive "forklift & lifttruck"

    The challengesIf you are look for a place which can enhance your strengths and breakthrough your weaknesses, then this department is not the place. If you wish your words can be listened and hope the environment can be better, this department is also not the correct place. If you just want to simply make your job done, and can handle stress very well, fast learning and fast react to every obstacles without hoping from superior's support, follow all the fixed rules and working ways, then this job might suit you.
