    The challengesDirection from top management not clear. KPI set super duper high but no clear direction how to achieve. Blame to current team when the issue created by previous team.

    The challengesAmazing "many new business" ? If U think only sell nasi lemak cannot feed a family but have to buy in lots of new "awesome people" to expand new businesses. WFH nice enough to you to eat more different operations tasks until you run for your life.

    The good thingsOnce upon a time it was quite nice & friendly maybe now most nice one not there.
    The challengesIncrement depends on your low ball HR decisions and mood of business owner, remember whoever you are , you just work for somebody, you don't own anything

    The good thingsSushi restaurant downstair always long queue like no other. Taste 2.5/5 also long queue. Like welcome to food world. Upstair also got food stalls. Cheap eats or expensive eats also got.

    The challengesWhen you really dont want to get flooded by second upper class degree comparisons, find your way out, many companies love to buy over First Class Degree and experienced people.

    Weird design Job Titles Feed High Level Management
    The good thingsDownstair lots of coffee shops, your colleagues happily talk to you even you are lower than 95% KPI, decent floor staffs, dont expect more makes your life even happy.
    The challengesFloor staffs get lower than 95% KPI means dont expect higher increment dont expect climb up, dont think that you are business owner or you smile to high level people you will get high returns. Work life Balance is another dream never came true, giant company with many business makes you loose your focus, stay too long makes you think you are one of them nothing wrong. Turnover rate very high.
