    avoid at all cost. company cant grow. boss thinks his ideas is the most valuable in the company hence the company wont grow.
    The good thingsDont have anything that is nice working in this company.
    The challengesBoss is too stingy, not open to any ideas, will fully use the employee to the max with minimal pay. wont pay any OT as well or any claims wont pay as well.
