    It is good for a start.
    The good thingsEmployer keep things in perspective, have fun, and laugh. Laughter generates endorphins, our natural antidepressants. Everyone communicates in a cards-on-the-table manner, solving difficulties in a positive way. They don’t play nasty revenge games when given difficult feedback. Instead, they view feedback as an opportunity for growth. The company and its employer embrace change, accommodate new trends and technology, and incorporate new skills.
    The challengesCustomers bring another level of challenge into the mix. While the vast majority of customers and clients that you deal with on a daily basis will be polite and understanding, there is generally an element that is belligerent and hard to handle. Overwhelming workloads. Their heavy workloads likely contribute to their time-management problems. When you have so much to do, how can you possibly fit it all into the confines of the eight-hour workday?
