    The good thingsFriendly and approachable colleague is the only good thing.
    The challengesNo appreciation on employee hard work but only pressuring. Most of the staff is driven to work until late night, lag of work life balancing. Demotivated operation environment. Business Development unit direct take full control of operation which most of the view of point is from Sales to control Operation. Frequently happen employee termination, ask to leave 24hours even is 1 month notice.
