    Suasana kerja yang okay, tapi banyak pekerja atasan yang bermuka2, tidak menerima pendapat daripada pekerja bawahan. Dan jika ada orang atasan yang tidak menyukai pekerja tersebut, mereka akan paksa berhenti kerja dengan alasan yang tidak munasabah.

    The good thingsIt is a tough job in the airline's industry. You need to pick up things fast because as a guest service assistant you are the frontline of the country's gateway, but with all the difficulties you will have good leaders around you to help you to go through all the hardship, the leaders will definitely be your friends too. I did enjoy myself working with the company. As the pandemic arise, the company need to go through a human resource rearrangement plan.

    The good thingsObviously the flying benefits, but what i like the most is to get to meet new people everyday and to get to talk with them about their cultures and lifestyles. It's really nice to learn about people and their personality.
    The challengesLong hours of working on daily basis and really hope that the company can look after those guest service assistant better,as they are the one who are facing passengers on daily basis and having the pressure to get all the bad words from passengers is stressful enough.With better salary offer and benefits can really push them to work harder and genuine.

    Incredible Experience!
    The good thingsGiven the opportunity to work witin the airline industry is one af the best experience ever. I managed to secure a position with the company and I received a very positive working culture. Everyone always remind each other about company policies and SOPs as the airline business is bound for safety and security breach. Communication skills are the main focus and everyone does not shy with each other and it gives me a whole different level of working experience when everyone within the company is really talking with each other and provide accurate information most of the time. This job made me aware of my surroundings and concern with people's body language when they are dealing with me. Overall, the company is really great and team members are really excellent in educating new hires like me. Unfortunately my wings were clipped way too early in this company. But I am glad that I managed to experience what it feels like to work with an airline company and see the background operations. It really opened new perspectives about the airlines industry to me.
    The challengesThe shifts are odd hours especially if you are working in the morning. The first shift starts at 0330hrs and the second morning shift start an hour later. If you cannot manage your time, you might have problems. Shift does not ends immediately; you will have to stay back if there is a delay in the aircraft/flight under your supervision.
