They need to work on the management skills
The good thingsDoesn't need to commit too much OT, consider work-life balance but still necessary to substitute classes for teacher's absent
Superior is emphatic, but usually still doesn't help much with solving the problem.
The challengesA high turnover rate means we have to cover the tasks from the previous employees very often. And also have to digest the pessimistic mood of seeing most of your colleagues often left from time to time.
Too much time spent on the meetings, and admin/paperwork as a teacher
Annual leave and public holiday is present but you still have to replace the time for students afterward even if it's a public holiday.
Employees from other states except JB are hard to communicate with other colleagues or superiors since the only way to contact them is through WhatsApp or calls (WFH for other states employees except JB)
