    The challenges1. Management style is hands-on with frequent follow-ups, requiring adaptability and emotional maturity. 2. Workload can be demanding during peak periods, and priorities may change quickly, requiring good time management and adaptability. 3.Some expectations from management were unclear, and guidance for the role was not always aligned with responsibilities, requiring employees to adapt and clarify tasks frequently. 4. Headcount and resources are limited because of budget constraints, which can impact workload distribution. 5. No salary raise after confirmation.

    The challengesDifficulties to find a car park with cheap price. Even though there is a dataran car park with cost rm4 daily but still you need to walk so far to reach to office building.

    Great for improving communication and people related skills.
    The good thingsColleagues are friendly, very helpful, and did not hesitate to teach you the proper method and technique to smoothen the flow of customer.
    The challengesthe challenging part would be handling different types and characteristic of customers daily. Some will be very patient and kind while others may be quite impatient. Thus, communication skill is useful to handle each type of customer.
