    The challengesPeople betray - they ask for help but not pay back what they promised. People who cheat attendance and submit fake claims get to remain in company. Manager is good but too forgiving.

    The good thingsI'm learn many thing in this company. For examplw,my soft skill got a lot of improvement especially my communication skill. I learn how to manage showroom and how to deal with VIP customer. Beside,i also learn how to work with teammate and continue learn a new knowledge.
