    The good thingsI'm learn many thing in this company. For examplw,my soft skill got a lot of improvement especially my communication skill. I learn how to manage showroom and how to deal with VIP customer. Beside,i also learn how to work with teammate and continue learn a new knowledge.
    The challengesThe challenges that i have to face is unstabble sales. Now,the gold price is growing up. So i have to be more agresive seeking for new buyer and convince them to buy jewelry.
