The challengesBasically, there's non-existent of Human Resource Management in this company, vague company policies or RULES are consistently changed verbally from time to time, yes, this company does employ people & train them, but the top management doesn't care about staffs' welfare at all, top management only care how much money will you able to earn for them. No encouragement of multiculturalism at work, no company trip, and the worst of all, there's no cleaner, very poor workplace environment. Oh yeah, the fire safety in this company is bummer (fire extinguisher is expired). There’s staffing plan, but without proper management, the number of employees will just continue to drop instead of rise.
