Think Twice Before Joining – Poor HR, No Support, Late Salary
The good thingsNothing I like about the company.
The challengesI worked here and it was honestly a stressful experience. HR was controlling and unhelpful, and senior staff would dump their work on juniors without any proper guidance. If you value fair treatment, proper support, and getting paid on time — this is not the place. Be careful before joining.

A 2-years journey full of knowledge
The good thingsHACENT CONSULTANT is a great place for any fresh grad to build up their career and knowledge. You will be exposed to various kind of projects and you will learn a lot of things. In addition, if you have proven yourself the director is willing to raise up your salary up to your fulfilment. CNY bonus is every year.
The challengesThe workload is heavy and I would say the most challenging part would be time management, as there are quite a lot of projects which requires your input.

    Do not recommend this place
The good thingsThere are several colleagues that are helpful and kind. Feel free to ask advice from the current or ex-employer if you want to persuade your career here.
The challengesThe management of this company is poor and rude. Besides the implementation of salary deduction during the Covid pandemic, annual leave is deducted as well. Vague company notice and letter. Culture in this company is questionable. Poor worker's welfare, no pantry, dusty workplace, no dustbin, no cleaner.
