    The good thingsBuilding Relationships: One of the most rewarding parts of the role has been developing long-term relationships with clients. I’ve enjoyed being the face of the company, earning trust through consistent service, and seeing those relationships grow into repeat business and referrals. Autonomy and Independence: Working in the field allows for a level of independence that’s both challenging and motivating. The Dynamic Environment: Being outdoors and interacting with a variety of people and businesses keeps the work engaging. I've enjoyed the fast-paced nature of sales and the satisfaction of closing a deal face-to-face. Achieving Results: There’s a strong sense of accomplishment in meeting (and exceeding) targets, especially when those results are directly tied to effort and strategy.

    The good thingsYou can develop & growth things from the basic before it become a giant company in Malaysia. All you can learning great experiences from the ground until the end of results, it is a good platform with your great initiative to step by step building up your carrier for all levels of task in your working life.

Nonetheless, management appreciate worker to be independent for every single task and at the same time you can lead to cross over with others head of department to rolling up and cooperative in every single challenge assignment, in order to deliver the best result and minimize all the miscommunication conflict.

    The good thingslike to work here because all the colleagues is friendly and helpful although from other department will show their hand to help and no politic, but only one things is the salary compare to my current company. but still got memory with all the colleagues when in this company.
    The challengesI'm in IT department, have to make sure all the network and and linking all the PC to server is no problem and also the connection to our china server for the system. have to find the way save cost and get better network environment to improve company operation with less down time.
