    Starting from scratch while company just established and gained invaluable experience which benefit to my life.
    The good thingsTop management giving lots of freedom to employee to handle their job even though he or she was new entry staff. For internal staff everyone has a chance to visit HQ in Korea for about 2 weeks for learning and travel. All cost beared by HQ. The guarantee 2 months bonus is confirmed for every staffs.
    The challengesTyre industry is very challenging because preference of our customers and end users change from time to time. We need to gain lots of market info, trend and competitors movement to come out with right strategy to keep our customer and continue to grow.
