Can be better, may not be suited to some people
The good thingsGood exposure. Learn a lot of new things. Friendly peers and colleagues. Easy to get to work.
The challengesManagement and owners can treat staff more fairly and more honestly. They can be more compassionate to staff who wants to leave. Unfair contract terms.

Awesome work experience that money can't buy
The good thingsA typical day at work was meeting and greeting kids and families from all diversity. I worked along side such lovely people and garnered great support from colleagues and the management. The most enjoyable part of my job was going to work and seeing those smiling little faces greeting me at the door every morning. Ample opportunity to grow within this organisation if you put your heart into this. The Management has strong international experience to bring the best potential out of the teachers and staffs. A very conducive and comfortable environment to work in.
The challengesThe unique teaching method that requires more in depth preparation so that the kids can benefit from the programme.

The challengescontinuous improvement expected from all level.
