    The good thingsThe interview with the Department Manager was professional and respectful. The on-site staff were generally helpful and maintained a decent working environment.
    The challengesExtremely Disorganized Recruitment Process and Unprofessional HR Communication. Despite being verbally selected for the role, the subsequent process was a disaster. There was an indefinite delay in providing the formal Letter of Offer (LOO) for over 13 days without a concrete timeline. ​Most concerning was the HR's attitude; when I requested a professional update to manage my career planning, the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. The administrative culture is heavily bureaucratic and lacks basic respect for candidates' time. It is disappointing to see such a gap between the manager's professionalism and the HR's poor execution.

    The challengesMy job discription is in payable side, every month i need to settle down all the payment method. Otherwise, i need to facing our debtor because they always chasing the payment. I have an assistant but i need to get ready if got any problem about the wrong key in or wrong amount into the system, i need to reversed every single mistake by my assistant into jurnal.
