Reputable company but bureaucratic culture, avoid answer to candidate question and shifting the blameThe good thingsThe interview with the Department Manager was professional and respectful. The on-site staff were generally helpful and maintained a decent working environment.
The challengesExtremely Disorganized Recruitment Process and Unprofessional HR Communication.
Despite being verbally selected for the role, the subsequent process was a disaster. There was an indefinite delay in providing the formal Letter of Offer (LOO) for over 13 days without a concrete timeline.
Most concerning was the HR's attitude; when I requested a professional update to manage my career planning, the responses were dismissive and unprofessional. The administrative culture is heavily bureaucratic and lacks basic respect for candidates' time. It is disappointing to see such a gap between the manager's professionalism and the HR's poor execution.
