    It helped polish your skill but quite tiring.
    The good thingsMaking buns and bread and learning various recipes and tastes while producing them.
    The challengesWorking hours on shift and there's incentive. They also pay for over time.

    Bad management, low salary increments,
    The good thingsSalary paid on time but incentive depends on your supervisor.
    The challengesHard working worker always used by lazy supervisor due to 'job scope' , in fact it was his/her job. Can't arrange your own AL as you wish even on weekdays.

    What A Good CEO !
    The good things- Less pressure during Top Management Meeting - Boss always give support & suggestions - Bonus when your team hitting the target - So many allowance that you can get
    The challenges- To hit the target every month, & the target must higher than last year. - To handle problems even when you are on leave - To handle customer complaints - To educate staff about proper food handling practice - must be able to work during public holiday - To re-arrange work table when your staff suddenly ABSENT - To train new supervisor / existing supervisor anything regarding the company rules, SOP, & etc.
