    My First Job at Sarawak
The good thingsThe colleague is good. We can enjoy the staff price for certain product that distribute by the company. Sometimes we even can do part time job as a promoter for the company on weekend. There is a microwave for us to heat up the food for lunch. There is drink like milo, coffe or tea provided by the company. Everyone is willing to help when someone need help. The staff welfare is protected.
The challengesProper time management to fulfill the task. Communication with customer when chasing for the payment. Need to fulfill the task within certain deadline. Learning how to communicate not only with those in the company but also outside the company so there will be no misunderstanding. The salary is very low and no training provided to the staff as we have to learn ourself about our job duty.

    For better and for worse
The good thingsevery employees and employers had done a good job. they have a good relationship not only with top management but also below. each of them aware on how to achieve the company's objectives and follow the instructions well.
The challengeswhat is difficult is that in terms of marketing their products and services are low and not quite achieving consumers satisfaction. this will not only give permanent impact to the consumer but fulfilling their needs and wants in the future.
