Bhd. (HPSB) is a Private Limited Company incorporated in the Federation of Malaysia in accordance with the Malaysian Companies Law on 5 December 1958, which is one of the main wholly owned subsidiaries of Harrisons Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad.HPSB’s principal activities are the distribution and trading in Building Materials, Agrochemicals, Industrial Chemicals and Consumer Goods. It also acts as an insurance agent.
