    The challengesThey does not want to improved anything. Even my cousin tried to get job here but this company rather give to fresh grads since they cant demand higher salary.

    Strongly not recommend work at dipping department. Suggest to work at compounding, packing or QA
    The good thingsNot always in superior attention. If feel thirsty, can straight away go to canteen to buy water. Can go for solat anytime
    The challengesWork load high. Sometimes will miss to eat ( breakfirst, lunch ) due to lots of work and attending quality issue, and have to update lots of thing. Boss will always dispute the workway

    The challengesAlways need to save cost till essential benefits slowly get removed, always get salary dispute eg short payment etc, working in fast paced enviroment so you need to always catch up and always one step ahead, work is quite stressed so need to get your mindset strong enough
