    This place is stressful. Do not recommend at all.
    The good thingsNothing i enjoyed here.
    The challengesThey does not want to improved anything. Even my cousin tried to get job here but this company rather give to fresh grads since they cant demand higher salary.

    The good thingsWell developed local company that reached global standard. A lot of benefit covered. They took care of their employee well as there is customer Social Compliance Audit from oversea customer that make it mandatory to ensure employee wellbeing and wellness at top level.
    The challengesIts a fast paced rubber manufacturing company. Great for fresh grad or new worker to learn more on their profession. Diverse and challenging in a good way.

    The good thingsFast pace production site. You'll love the job if you're a fast learner and the ESOS is a sweet spot that you would do anything for this company
    The challengesIt's so fast pace I worked with 4 managers in the span of 4 years. Just adapting to each managers preferences and whatnot.

    Legacy issues and processes affecting workload and efficiency
    The good thingsGood salary and benefit. Able to learn a lot (provided if you have good seniors and have job experience before joining).
    The challengesLegacy process and workflow that will require double/triple job and unnecessary work. No proper guidance by senior employee, senior will give you task to complete without any guidance. Certain departments with senior staff are not helpful, causing the work to be completed longer and require constant follow-up. Expect to be pushed by manager for results eventhough of the legacy issues and workflow in the company. Required to be on standby 24/7
