    Lots to learn with no proper planning in delivery process
    The good thingsLot to learn and free to share idea in software development. Being in this company is like buying a lottery. If it clicks, it would take you to great heights.
    The challengesThe company is not doing good in-terms of sales. MD of the company is vert determined about the product and company vision. But the mid management is chaos. They are not panning things properly. Agrees to all clients demands with unrealistic delivery deadlines.To deliver this, number of work hours that an employee would have to put is nearly double of regular work hours expected. With few numbers of developers entire application development becomes very difficult. Engineer would need to be available 24x7 for urgent work. And this is very frequent. Getting vacation request approved is very hard. One will get to experience the wrath of healthcare domains's vast functionalities. Personally I am interested to work where there is continuous development. And also i have worked in healthcare for almost 5 years. But this is insane. You do more, still you are no where near being productive.
