    Warm, friendly environment
    The good thingsOffice is staffed by very accommodating and co-operative colleagues. Very friendly & multi-cultural environment. Open channels of communications with immediate superiors make things easier.
    The challengesCommute is challenging. Lack of on site dining options is a bit of a pain.

    The challengesYou cant really grow in this company unless you are friend of ‘someone’, basically people who are not expert leading the company which didn't really listen to advice..

    The challengesThere are politics between departments. Company lead by someone totally no experience in this field resulting effortless events but blames will be on you.

    The challengesCompany lead by super inexperience ppl. Running in a wrong direction. Leader don’t listen to professional comments. Basically very traditional cina boss way and family friends business.
