    good for experience but not recommended for long term career. not gonna settle down with this kind of job.
    The good thingsgood exposure in learning how retail pharmacy works
    The challengesworking hours is too long (12 hour on-site include 2 hour break, shop open from 10am-10pm). very exhausting during peak hour when customers come in non-stop. not suitable for those who seeking for work-life balance. other retail has max 8 hours daily shift rotation but health lane always understaffed with average salary but extreme long working hours.

    Not suitable for long term
    The good thingsHave 2 days of rest days in a week compared to other retail or pharmacist store.
    The challengesWorking with bad a pharmacist manager, long working hour, too many multitasking task need to be fulfilled and can be harder if outlet is understaffed, need to pass many test before getting confirmation & incentive for inhouse brand is hard to achieve.

    Less appreciation due the salary given for staff is not commensurate with the multi task work.
    The good thingsProvide training for staff. Staff can gain a lot of knowledge especially in healthcare and beauty.
    The challengesNeed to achieve a lot of target sales. Staff have to be have a variety of multi tasking however the revenue given isn't really well worth it. Our pharmacy prices are quite high compared to other pharmacies.

    Everyday Full Working Hours
    The good thingsAble to grow the knowledge about medication and supplements. Good environment (depends on the team). Everymonth have intensive training.
    The challengesAs stated in their website, working days is 2 Full days, 1 OFF, continously. OFF day can combine with AL and RPH depends on approval. No shift working hours. Period of labour is based on contract-style. 2 or 3 years minimum. If want to resign before end of contract, got amount have to pay/penalty. Please think about your worklife balance.

    GREAT JOB
    The good thingsCan challenge more toward self and experience more when handling different types of customer. Also learn something new like the poison and what is good and bad for our health. The staff here also nice and feel like family when working together.
    The challengesSometimes there are customer that we need to handle their aggresive toward us. We also need to make sure that we achieve the sales target and others thing. Need to make sure that it is reliable to the staff working hour/shift also.

    Great experience
    The good thingsI enjoy worked in this company because i can learn many things here things that i did not learnt during my studies. They gave opportunity for me to explore and polish new my skills despite my flaws. I gained more knowledge as i worked there year by year with great bosses and colleagues.
    The challengesI had to adapt with people who have different races with different attitudes and manner. This really taught me about patience. Monthly target and KPI did really push me to struggle a lot and be more hardworking and taught me that i cannot just sit on the chair and do nothing in order to achieve our target
