    Lots to Learn, But Be Ready for the ChaosPositive Good place to learn. Lots of opportunities to handle real cases and improve your problem-solving skills, The company emphasizes automation. Negative Management and internal processes can be confusing and frequently change, which sometimes makes the work environment feel unstable. Communication between teams could be improved. Frequent policy changes and inconsistent management decisions make it hard to feel secure or plan your career here. Processes are often inefficient, and communication gaps between departments are common. If you value stability, clarity, and a supportive environment, you may want to consider other options. The company emphasizes automation, but many processes are still manual and not well-integrated, causing extra work and confusion. Instead of fixing the underlying systems, they tend to cut staff, leaving the remaining employees overloaded with unrealistic workloads.

    The good thingsThe HealthMetrics management are very involved in their staffs' concerns & progress regardless their level. An employee oriented company indeed.
    The challengesBecause I had been there since start-up up to them being I'd say quite established, the workload and responsibilities may have been a little on the higher end and requiring to work outside from your job scope was necessary. However, I'm happy to say that the processes & procedures are now standardized and in place with a fair number of increase in staff making the workload and responsibilities a healthy spread.
