The good thingsThe HealthMetrics management are very involved in their staffs' concerns & progress regardless their level. An employee oriented company indeed.
The challengesBecause I had been there since start-up up to them being I'd say quite established, the workload and responsibilities may have been a little on the higher end and requiring to work outside from your job scope was necessary. However, I'm happy to say that the processes & procedures are now standardized and in place with a fair number of increase in staff making the workload and responsibilities a healthy spread.
