Great place to start but know your rights
The good thingsNearby to public transport, food options and shops Supporting colleagues and supervisors Great place to brush up skills from printing to digital designs as they're gradually keeping up with the latest industry trends e.g. online learning Creative freedom, your design ideas are valued You get to see your work interacted with the cutest customers: kids!
The challengesLack of man power, might be assigned to other tasks e.g. frontdesk. Might distrupt your own work deadlines. But if you're a multitasker and open to learn other skills, you'll be alright. Communication issue between managers. Hope they're working on proper ways to relay tasks assigned Old work tools but in the end, it all depends on the designer and design tasks Salary. I should have asked for more as the workload was more than I was paid but then pandemic hits.
