Like a schoolThe good thingsHeinemann provide training for customer service, selling techniques, product knowledge, leadership and more. This company really want you to learn and to be knowledgeable. The good thing, if you learn and work hard, company give chance for promotion and more responsibility. Package also very attractive...the highest at airport. The managers and supervisors coach the staff to make them learn. Some staff don’t like to learn but I’m happy because I think knowledge is power and I can learn so much here. Thank you Heinemann!
The challengesSome staff are lazy and don’t want to work and also don’t want to learn. They just here standing, chitchat and go home. Before this, there is more people like this but management change the staff and now the team is better. Many challenges everyday but for long term got much improvement.
