    Comfortable work environment
The good thingsComfortable work environment, good office culture in Dept of Psychology, very friendly and helpful people. Good if you want an easy job, and are not overly ambitious.
The challengesPay is very low, HR is very outdated in their practices and culture, upper management has lost touch with the ordinary staff. Will not be good for career progression.

    Not recommend to join
The good thingsAt least some of the leaders are friendly.
The challengesWe have a lot of workload, but the pay cant fit our workload. You need to do three person jobs but they only pay you half person salary. The salary is much more lower than the average market. Too much politics in this company makes the staff can’t focus on their work. Low career development opportunities. As long as the senior staff didn’t leave, there is no career development opportunities for youngsters.
