    The good thingsThe working environment and culture is good. The colleagues are helpful, friendly and superiors gave feedbacks and constructive criticism. Working hours are flexible.
    The challengesMost of the work that I did was more towards admin stuff, which was not related to my job scope.

    The good thingsMany personal growth opportunities. Colleagues and peers are generally helpful and supportive. It toughens you up quick.
    The challengesCumbersome internal processes may cause frustrations and delays. Possibilities of cultural clashes for some overseas based superiors that have challenges acknowledging diverse local business culture. Very lean structure. It is common to have multiple roles and responsibilities reporting to many head of units or departments at the same time.

    great platform for my practical.
    The good thingsthey will give a chance to us to have a try on what he have learned by our self. if its wrong they will teach us the correct way, and they will encourage us to do better. this can bring a motivated person.
    The challengesshould have activity for colleagues weekly once to release their tension because i myself work under finance department. its too stressful when it comes to closing especially end of the month. hire more people to settle things fast
