    The good thingsIt's a big company, you can learn a lot, and colleagues will share experiences.
    The challengesI have worked for this company for 6 years, and I am not dissatisfied. I just say that the upper management method and the way of promoting employees are unfair. This aspect has not been changed, and the boss's promise cannot be fulfilled. 1) A big company pays attention to the brand. I understand that there are many employees with good language skills in the market, but you may not be able to find experienced employees. Especially in this industry, many emergencies require experienced employees. Dealing with contractors and service providers requires experienced employees to ensure that everything is done well. What we sell is service, responsibility, safety, and making all residents satisfied with the current living environment. These are all Need to rely on years of accumulated work experience. 2) It is easy to find employees with good language skills, but it is difficult to find experienced, responsible and loyal employees. I hope the boss can clearly understand the current situation of the company. If a large number of employees resign, they need to pay attention instead of numbly interviewing new employees , This is a reminder that the boss needs to pay more attention to internal management.

    The challenges1. Bad benefits 2. Long work hour (normally went home at 9pm-11pm) 3. Monthly meeting with clients on almost every weekends unable to do holiday planning 4. Unreasonable workloads, although tried to highlight to the management, they did nothing but only sweet talk and calm you down. Then assign you more portfolios and you can't say no. 5. The management gave empty promises

    AWESOME COLLEAGUES AND BOSSES!
    The good thingsMy teammates are the best team players. We back each other up as in if one could not make it to work on the day, another teammate will be ready to take charge. Nevertheless, we don't take advantage of this fact! We are all aware of the burden we put on our team if we failed to turn up to work or did our job unsatisfactorily. Hence, we will try our very best to ace our tasks respectively. Plus, we are motivated to do so because the upper management is very rewarding!
    The challengesComplaints can be very demotivating at times. However, it depends on how you want to view it. You can view it negatively or take it as a challenge that will enrich your working experience. When you think about it, complaints add colors to your working life since you will discover so many types of unbelievable people.
