    The good thingsI appreciate the multinational company culture that values every single contribution and effort. The compensation is competitive, and the health benefits and work-life balance are excellent. The company maintains high standards of compliance, which helps protect us as individual employees. The insurance and health packages are among the best I’ve seen. The culture is respectful of everyone and truly encourages personal and professional growth.
    The challengesIn a large organization, it is sometimes easy to lose focus or feel disconnected, depending on the specific business unit or the leadership style. Decision-making and communication can occasionally be slower or more complex due to the organization's size and structure. This can lead to variability in priorities and a lack of agility in responding to changes, which may affect some employees’ engagement and sense of direction.

    The good thingsGenerally, flexibility is provided and can be a luxury compared old-fashioned companies
    The challengesYou have to deal with employees who have been working in the company for 20 years and more, which is not really easy to maneuver and learn. It is exhausting politically. The organization has made itself lean recently and you have to be extremely proactive and self-motivated to learn on your own in a very unclear environment. Feel lonely and not in a team most of the time. Anyone who works good alone is suitable for the job.

    The challengescomplex company structure, difficult to approach to the correct person/team for detail information needed. Company offer lots online general training course however the course does not involve updated technical training that required for daily perform.(required own effort to learn from outside). Limited opportunity to get promote.

    The challengesThe position task qty is not as per mentioned as per during interview session. You need to cover up all the previous leaving staff’s job even though you are not going through a proper training. Supervisor will harsh you on small mistakes even though you are newbie and doesn’t have kind understanding, even asking for confidential information from your personal info.

    The good thingsUnder the many different managers I had, the last one was the most systematic and invested in my growth. He is trusting, respectful, and allowed me to grow. Benefits are really good and only getting better! :) Work life balance is good.
    The challengesThe local site seems to be shrinking, a lot of positions seem to be going to another site in APAC. Have to fight for projects, and it was not easy to be absorbed into global roles - I would not have left, if I could help serve in a global team.

    The good thingsLots of new things can learn from here. Can work from home once a while. if the project deadline is near will need to ramp up the energy and concentration. other than that have a good boss to guide and mentor for the wellbeing of his own staff.

    The good thingsYou meet great people in HP. The management allows listen and allow you to do great things too. You get to work from home. You get to learn first-class working experience in HP too.
    The challengesThe challenges I faced, is the cost cutting measures which was introduced by management. It can be demotivating at times but i see it as a opportunities to help the organisation to steer it better. The salary given is also not on par with what i contribute back to HP.

    The good thingsHPE is an ever changing company, they believe in making changes and adopts to it very quickly without the changes impacts any of the business activities. Something to learn in current market trends, we have to adapt to changes as quickly as we can so that we can also rock and roll.
    The challengesI say everything here is positive and can't recall of anything to improve. Only thing i find i want HPE to do is to bring all the HPE community under one roof so we all can enjoy the benefits instead of different locations.

    The challengesThe company is undergoing restructuring after the split in 2015, it takes some time to grow and stabilize. Give it some time, I believe it will grow to become the market leader again in foreseeable future.
