    The good thingsLearning process for fresh graduate. Good Implementation about the project from the start to the end. Increase the confident level to face with the client, main contractor and sub contractor. Solve the problem without any depression. Work smart as well.
    The challengesHave to be very independent and work hard to learn and got more experience.

    The good thingsYes, but we need to know how to manage our time.. working time flexible but sometimes at a peek time we need to work at night also. sometimes we can explore more and gain more knowledge in M&E
    The challengesNeed to satisfied our client and meet their requirement. sometimes they reject our work without a drawing. so we need experience to come out a better solution.
