The good thingsLearning process for fresh graduate. Good Implementation about the project from the start to the end. Increase the confident level to face with the client, main contractor and sub contractor. Solve the problem without any depression. Work smart as well.

The challengesHave to be very independent and work hard to learn and got more experience.
