    The good thingsHeavy workload on your shoulder that will push you to learn
    The challengesManagement has very high expectations on each position with the job scope it can possibly undertake. Work life unbalance with a not-so-attractive offer & benefits. Very Old school management style that practice Micro-management with minimal trust between employees & employer, too many unnecessary meetings & reporting that makes working here even harder
