Standard Operation Procedure

The good thingsGive us a chance to learn more and understand more about the process, quality, tools and management, environment and others. Once have this Standard Operation Procedure, the worker can work accordingly and easier for train new workers.

The challengesNeed to spend more time to study that how to operate the machine. When ask the details of the production, difficult to communicate with foreigner who came from Myanmar, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Nepal because they are not understand Bahasa Malaysia and English.
