I appreciate the opportunity and hope the company continues to improve the employee experience
The good thingsI am grateful for the opportunity to work at this factory and to be part of the team. The experience has been valuable and has given me useful exposure.
The challengesHowever, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as KPI evaluations, which are never conducted face-to-face, making it difficult to understand and improve performance. There is also no clear path for promotion or salary growth.

The challengesOne of the key challenges is communication with the corporate offices located in Suzhou and Shanghai. This can sometimes be difficult due to language and communication style differences. However, it also presents a good opportunity to improve your professional communication skills and learn how to collaborate across cultures and regions.
