    Stride Electronics Malaysia was established in January 2013. The company was subsequently acquired by Hi-P International Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore in February 2021 and changed its name to Hi-P Electronics (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. stated in Kulim Kedah. Our core competencies are in "Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA)," but we also have in-house capabilities and business alliances in precision tooling and plastic mounding, metal-stamping, surface decoration bonding, and joining technologies. certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. Hi-P Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd strives to manufacture better-quality products that meet all legal requirements and work towards achieving customer satisfaction.

    I appreciate the opportunity and hope the company continues to improve the employee experience
    The good thingsI am grateful for the opportunity to work at this factory and to be part of the team. The experience has been valuable and has given me useful exposure.
    The challengesHowever, there are a few areas that could be improved, such as KPI evaluations, which are never conducted face-to-face, making it difficult to understand and improve performance. There is also no clear path for promotion or salary growth.
