    My experience was marked by outdated technology, lack of fair compensation and career development, poor leadership, and a rigid seniority-driven culture that limited growth and transparency.
    The good thingsSome colleagues are keen towards helping the juniors and newcomers. Easy access to production
    The challengesThe technology is still far behind regardless of having new development projects which require high precision and tehnical skills. Low annual increment, low basic salary. Top management is indecisive and does not have previous technical achievement. Seniority culture is very strong, no transparency between departments. No career growth planning and verbally agressive superior.

    The good thingsA lot of visual reports in shop floor. Making it easy to monitor and analyse problems. A lot of standards and procedures established to comply with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
    The challengesLack of engineering tools in operation section. Had to be creative and resourceful to make engineering measurement and analysis.

    The challengesthe department could give work loads based on number of man power, not based on years of experience (not balance work load between jr and sr position), lack of firm direction from top management, almost not good work life balance (mostly will stay back until 7pm or more depends on job position), high turnover rate.

    The good thingsFor position as an executive, the company offers you a good benefits in term of medical (family coverage), dental, phone bill, subsidy for new cell phone, bonus every year, annual leave 24days and etc. Enjoy working in this company because of work environment and collogue. Experienced travel to several countries (Korea, china, jepan and etc) for job purpose.
    The challengesno career growth. Not because of your leader not recommend your name, but the top management. low annual increment. you need to hop to another job if you demand a good salary. in HTS, if u stay for over 10 years your salary would be below 5k.

    No career advancement after 5 years in HTS
    The good thingsHTS provides good employment benefit with the moderate work life balance. Opportunity for the company to grow further provided they establish better long term business plan. The company recognised because of the quality and system certification from various bodies.
    The challengesCommunication always a challenge in the company in order to achieve the objective. Directions also not clear as to achieve the same goals and objective. Systems must be improved in order to increase the productivity and work efficiency. Huge investments are needed in order to make the things better.

    The good thingslearn new thing... got many friend from nepal,bangla,india n also from indonesia and if you be nice to them you can learn their languages too. got a kantin with subsidies food means you can eat food for a half price difference from outside food but the taste,you must try it first...ha3x for muslim people here,this company provide 2 surau/mosque. also this company give a 3 time bonus in 1 year... here also provide gym for who want take a break in weekend. also provide 2 smoking area for who liked too smoked.
    The challenges12hour work day... 3 time rest,1st in 10am/pm about 15 minutes,scond rest in 12.30am/pm about 30 minutes and last in 3am/pm about 15 minutes. 1 minutes late in thumbprint 2 time and your o.t will be cut 1 hour. no thumbprint in or out you will be judge as a absent.

    The good thingsGet addicted to its working life. A day seems like an hour everyday. Enjoy every moment contributing to the company growth directly and indirectly.
    The challengesCouldn't find one if you knew the purpose of your job. One may call it a challenge when it come to confront with the old way of doing thing but again its just a differences in perspective. Cherish the old thought nonetheless promote the new way of doing things. The true change is hard but the result is beautiful.

    The good thingsGood in making decision on the spot. Good place to start for fresh graduate. Have systems. Full coverage of health related treatment for management and can ask for coverage for non management.
    The challengesThe decision made were too on the spot. No training standard for new employee. The systems were too old and there were many insufficient data to look back.
